Swanky Malcom Starr cocktail dress from the 1960s. Simple strapless crepe shift is underneath a floaty shell of chiffon. The chiffon overlay creates an illusion jewel neckline and bell sleeves and is shorter than the dress underneath. The sleeves and hem are trimmed with a band of black satin. Dress has a metal zipper, which zips half way up the back, then has a single button closing the chiffon at the back of the neck. Gorgeous and classic!
